This is a good game that gives us a taste of fear and eeriness.
I am looking forward to the continuation.
Thank you for your wonderful work.
Great game! Hope you release the full game soon cause i love it!
I did a video on my channel (Spanish). Hope you like it!
BR marcando presença ops!
this game its amazing man, GOOOD JOOB : )
Greatly Terrifying, excited for the full release, keep it up!
Esther is at 07:18
boring
Your game scared me, that usually doesn't happen anymore. I'm excited for when the full game comes out. Thanks for making it!
I can’t wait for the full release :)
This was interesting game, waiting for the full game release!
thank you.
Finished your demo. It's the first game in my video.
I can see you have already done a bunch of updates to this game, and it's always nice to see progress being made.
However I still think the game needs some improvements. If you're interested in detailed feedback please let me know.
It has potential! Definitely a lot of polishing to be done here, but it can get good. PT style games are getting a bit too much at the moment, so I hope you have some good ideas to break that pattern, or a good reason to use it. Good luck, and I'll be waiting for a full version =)
oh for sure I am working on the full game of Esther. And I am a solo developer and university student learning Game Design, so I am learning as I go. I thank you for your feedback. Just letting you know the environment will be different for the full release and will not overdo the PT effect.
A really fun and creepy demo can't wait for the full release
SHE GOTTA CHILL GIVING ME CHILLS
cant wait for th full game/10That was amazing. The scare was perfectly executed. Now THIS is a demo. awesome stuff.
I made a video on your game if you're interested :)Thank You. I am most likely going to post sneakpeaks consistently on my twitter and possibly as a devlog
Awesome. I’ll be sure to check in on that. Thank you!
this game was GOOD cant wait to see more of your work
thank You :)
Loved the Game!! German Gameplay here! <3 ↓
Thank You
There wasnt much to the demo but it seems promising ! Im looking forward to seeing more of it ! Good luck :) Your game is first and starts at 00:08
Game inspired by Hideo Kojima's Silent Hills
The game is fantastic. The Graphics The sounds game is extremely frightening, bro.
Great atmosphere! Although I wish there were sounds it would have made the game a lot spookier! Also, the doors were a little problematic because I didn't know which to open so I just spammed them all. Apart from that, good game!
Nice Game! I loved playing your game
Thank You
Interested in seeing where it goes. I feel one of the biggest things that could be improved in the demo is the inclusion of more story, what we get is pretty.. eh? Graphically it looks fine, the audio design is pretty good but it feels empty (radio is just noise, as far as I can tell). Maybe I missed out on a few scare sequences or some story elements, if so I'd love to know so I can revisit and give it another look. The bloody, plain white shirt is a little comical if it's supposed to be the 'borrowed shirt' mentioned in the letter we find.
oh yeah it’s meant to be a lil funny. Especially the chair. Lol I can’t stop laughing about that. But yeah I am currently working on the full game. After all I am working on this game alone.
The radio isn't just "noise"... it's one of the main songs from the Fallout series
By noise I mean completely unrelated to the narrative experience of the demo, as far as I can tell it has no bearing whatsoever.
This was a fantastic demo! Can't wait to see what the full game is like! Great job!
thank you
Opening is very slow, good scares tho!
yeah it’s meant to not tell a lot since it was a teaser demo. However the full game is gonna be a lil different.
thanks
was on the edge of my seat the whole time!
Looks like I did my job then. Thanks for the video. 👍
The bathroom sequence absolutely terrified me! What'd you think?
Thank you for making this game. This game kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish I cant wait for the full release! Do you have an estimated time for the full release? I would love to play the full game on my channel!
I do not have the estimated time but I am diligently working on its development. Esther is a solo project that I wanted to put out. Thank you for playing the teaser demo though and I really appreciate it.
This game is so good! The sound alone is very impressive. neither me or my roomate could make it through. However
my desktop randomly stopped recording audio. But you have got to experience it yourself.oh dang I am surprised you guys couldn’t make it through.
Comments below clip:
I see you have fixed quite a few bugs, but unfortunately, I played a version without those fixes. So, let's set those bugs aside and focus on the game itself. I always appreciate well textured environments, as it helps in making a story more believable. On that end you scored well. Although the 'loop' element has been used extensively by many DEVs, you manage to keep it fresh and intriguing, so the flow of the story itself doesn't get interrupted. Thus, the overall verdict is a positive one, as you have kindled my interest in wanting to know more and how this story will unfold in its final, full version.
To be fair I will not comment on the bugs, as you have corrected many already. So, well done and kudos to all involved!
thank you so much for the feedback. I am currently working on making the full game. This was solo project I have been wanting to put out. Once again thank you for the feedback it means so much to me.
Solo, you say? That makes it even more impressive!
I made a video on your game (19:36)
awesome
